I would like a systematic review based on PRISMA guidelines (http://www.prisma-statement.org/documents/PRISMA%202009%20checklist.pdf)

Background
Surgical training has considerably changed over the last few years, as a result of rapid technological innovations, more stringent ethical standards and patient awareness, theatre time cost, in combination with the working hour restrictions imposed by the European Working Time Directive. A significant amount of learning and skills training occurs outside the operating theatre, in the form of simulated training. In breast surgery, simulation-based training was challenging due to the unavailability of suitable surgical simulators.

Aims & Objectives
To systematically review the literature on simulation-based training in reconstructive surgery and to carry out qualitative research in order to gain insights into the training needs of breast trainees.

Methods
We will perform a systematic review of all available published manuscripts on PubMed and we will report important findings. This will be for breast surgical trainees.
