For questions 1 & 2 make sure you answer “why” as part of your response. In order to support a comprehensive response follow the link to the Florida’s Department of Vocational Rehabilitation website that discusses what should be considered as part of an IPE, Individual Plan of Employment. When you create an IPE you will need to fill the role of the voc rehab counselor and the subject in the case study. A summary of the reasons for making the decisions you made needs to be completed as well.
