ASSIGNMENT
Week 8 Topic Options: Select a Topic – Option 1, 2, or 3, then choose at least two content areas for your discussion. Example: Topic 2 – Supporting Department Roles and their Importance to Specific LTC Settings and Services – you decide to discuss the dietary department, social services department, and activities department for assisted living facilities.
Clearly State the Topic and Options You Selected at the Top of Your Initial Posting:
Topic Option 1 – Admission Processes, Requirements, and Roles: Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health Agencies, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Topic Option 2 – Supporting Department Roles and Importance to Specific LTC Settings and Services: Dietary, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Social Services, Activities, Religious Services, Concierge, Medical Records, Supply Clerk, and Privacy Officer.
Topic Option 3 – Importance and Roles of Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development for Specific LTC Settings and Services: Strategic Planning, Marketing Methods, Business Development Approaches, and Trends.
A minimum of two APA references with correlating in-text citation(s) are required from the week’s content or UMGC library. The word count guide is no more than 500
