Defining Performance Standards

In the article, Putting the “Performance” Back in Performance Management, Mueller-Hanson and Pulakos (2015)

Described three critical goals of performance management:

Select an organization with which you are familiar and describe how the organization applies these three goals.

Evaluate how well the three goals are currently achieved. As an HR manager, propose changes you would implement to improve the performance management system.
