1. Demonstrate a competent understanding of your chosen building and its site location through conversation, usability, access, site, context, massing, tactile, textures, social and emotional interaction between people and place.
CONCEPT
2. Adopt a personal approach to advanced critical thinking and processes to conceptualise, develop, test, and realise the design of the building’s interior architecture and design. DESIGN
3. Synthesise theory, narrative and practice within the framework of design in order to thoughtfully, sensitively and creatively apply problem-solving approaches to a design brief.

4. Apply (where applicable) your understanding of materials,
technologies and the procurement methods used in the construction industry and / or commercial interior design practice.
