Lesson 3: Final Research Paper & Personal Reflection on Group Process Development
The final capstone of your Advanced Leadership course is to write a 3-5 page research paper on theories of group dynamics and effective teamwork. These can be theories discussed in the course, or theories that you have found interesting through own research.

summarize the hallmarks of your chosen theories, their pros and cons, and how they appear in today’s world. Your paper should be written in APA format, using at least 5 citations from peer-reviewed journal articles.

After writing your research paper, it should form the introduction to your personal reflection on you own group’s processes and development.

Your reflection should be a combination of the personal reflections written at the conclusion of each module, which include:
Situations where you had to advocate for a point of view.
How emotional intelligence to negotiate with others during a conflict were used.
How your group developed through the project.
Situations where you provided valuable feedback.
Examples of how the group collaborated.
How  inclusive leadership within the project is used.
Examples of how the project served the community.
A discussion of how  leadership skills grew in response to this experience
