Scenario Reflection
Part 1:
Summarize the situation. Identify two local community resources for this child. Critique both resources, including the services they offer, when they are offered, and for how long services can be received. Evaluate the resource as to whether or not it may benefit this child. Are there any concerns left unaddressed by the resource?
Part 2:
Research the current nutritional guidelines for infants. Using this information, make recommendations for Kaila as to how to improve her nutritional intake. What may be preventing Kaila’s growth? Make 3-4 suggestions of activities that Kaila’s mother can do to help promote healthy eating.
