Supported-Opinion Piece
In this course, you have had the chance to read some stories and documents related to yourself and the world of work. This assignment asks you to think about your opinion about ONE question and then to write a series of paragraphs expressing that opinion. For this assignment, do the following:

Read these questions:
Does high school prepare teenagers for the world of work?
How have you changed this semester because of this course?
Choose ONE of the above questions. Think about your opinion about this ONE question and decide why you think that way. Jot down some of your ideas and reasons.
Plan to write your series of paragraphs expressing your opinion about ONE of the above questions, keeping in mind that you must have at least three paragraphs. Your entire series should be between 300-750 words long. The first paragraph in your series should introduce your topic and clearly present what your opinion is. The body paragraph(s) should include details that support your opinion. The last paragraph in your series should summarize your opinion.
Write your series of paragraphs. You should write in complete sentences and ensure that you check for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Use transitions to link your ideas. You may assume that the audience for this series of paragraphs is an adult.
