To what extent is EMDR therapy effective in treatment of dissociative identity disorder.Discuss

This is an extended essay for psychology in IB. It needs to include 3-4 studies in support of EMDR therapy for the treatment of DID and3-4 that do not support EMDR therapy as an effective treatment for DID. These studies must be described in terms of aim, procedure, participants, method, results, conclusions. The essay must include an explanation of what DID is as well, preferably at the beginning of the essay. Critical thinking must be expressed throughout the essay. The structure is as follows: introduction, body (3-6 paragraphs structured as topic sentence, example of research, explanation of the research and link back to the argument), conclusion.
