Assessing the Role of Talent Management Frameworks on the Future Implications Within an Organization. (A Case Study of Royal Dutch Shell).

Background
Today, companies work in a competitive surrounding. Staying in the environment calls for enhanced knowledge and abilities to cope up in the revolutions. HR has, therefore, the duty of identifying workers’ talents and fixing them to their correct positions. Claus (2019) defines talent as the capability of a given person to execute a given work uniquely from others. Managing talent is to have a given business company find the correct capabilities with appropriate knowledge in the company. Through the use of talent management, the organization can create an effective plan for its employees. According to Sparrow (2015), talent management has emerged as an essential HR practice because it plays a crucial role in making decisions.
