In this final phase of the Food Tracking and Analysis Project, you will be asked to review your Part 1 and Part 2 food tracking sheets to see what if any differences you notice in your patterns of consumption.

After reviewing your food/nutritional intake for Part 1 and Part 2, and considering the Dietary Guidelines 2020-2025 – in 1-2 pages, please answer the following questions:

What, if any, changes do you notice in your food choices/consumption since starting to track?
What are your overall observations about your macronutrients, micronutrients, sugar, and water consumption?
What steps/changes would you recommend to optimize your nutritional intake?
Record your food intake and observations, along with your comparisons U.S. Dietary Guidelines 2020- 2025, in the template document.
