Discussion 2: Charismatic Leadership

Background Information

Welcome to the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 600 words and posted by the first Wednesday of the Module Period.

What is a charismatic leader and to what degree do you believe employees and individuals desire or seek out charismatic leaders? What impact does charismatic leadership have in improving performance of individuals as well as the accomplishment of organizational goals?
