Read and annotate your book for Chapter 2: Inside the Mindsets. Then answer the following questions in your own words – do not copy sentences from the book. 7] Dweck tells us that mindsets change the meaning of failure. What does failure mean to a fixed person and a growth person? How hac this hinder/help their success in life?

8] What does effort mean to a fixed person and a growth person? Why do they feel that way? How can focusing on effort rather than success help a person in life?

9] How can a growth mindset possibly help with depression? Explain.
