– My paper is based on Hospitality Business which is an area focused on hotels restaurants and other service-based businesses.
-My paper aims to find the impact that any kind of robotic technology (from state of the art experimental AI to cocktail mixers) and see how it affects profit from businesses using it and also try to see where the industry is heading especially in regards to low skill labor such as waiting, reception and housekeeping, the USA is used as the focal point to see where other industries are going as it is usually at the forefront of tech development.

– Customer satisfaction impact with companies using
robotics
– Future of robotics and automation in hospitality
– What is the limit for robotics, IE: do people require a
human touch and does too much robotics lead to
customer dissatisfaction.
– Which jobs are most vulnerable to being replaced by
robotics and why.

– Go for a grade of 80%-87% (B quality) (Evaluation criteria found in the handbook attached)
– You may use whatever mix of quantitative and qualitative info
– Use only secondary research
