Description

The project seeks to explore the opinions of the respondents working in organizations about the factors related to resistance or acceptance to change in their organization. The study tries to understand their viewpoints. This research seeks to do qualitative research by taking 10 interviews and 15 survey questionnaires through purposive sampling.

The research questions will be:

1. What is employees’ resistance or acceptance to technological change in organizations?

2. How the companies would overcome or challenge resistance to change?

3. What is the role of the leaders to avoid resistance and promote acceptance towards change in employees?
