Leadership PPT

As we discussed in class, there are three student work groups each responsible for preparing and presenting their work at our Nov 2 class. Here are the details:

1. Each student in the group will interview a current or past leader by phone, Zoom, text, email, or in person asking probing questions regarding their leadership journey. Examples of questions are as follows:

1. What made you a successful leader? Were there specific behaviors that were most important?

2. What was your most challenging leadership event? How did you solve the problem? 3. What were the areas of improvement needed to make you an even better leader?

4. What advice would you give to aspiring leaders?

2. After the interviews are complete, compare the feedback to create one group PP that summarizes common qualities, behaviors, and challenges that the interviewee’s shared. This should not simply be a list of everything that was collected, rather a thoughtful analysis of what is really happening in the leadership space.

3. Include student name along with interviewee title and company or group affiliation (if any), and mode of interview. Keep your presentation to 10-15 minutes in duration. Only one group member should submit in BS.
