HR Competency Assessment

Assignment Description:
Consider the competencies that you have learned about from the SHRM HR Competency Model, and the results of your online self-assessment. Based on these, develop an assessment tool that will allow you to gather perspectives from colleagues, supervisors, etc. who know your strengths and development needs.
Assignment Requirements:
Create a presentation (e.g. PowerPoint or Keynote slides) that clearly explains the following:
What questions will you ask in order to gather information about your strengths and development needs?
Who will you gather information from using this assessment, and why?
What method will you use to collect information (i.e. interview, survey, etc.)?
