Compile an annotated bibliography of six to eight scholarly references based on each of the searches below for the “Theological Foundations for Character Formation: Paper” assignment in Topic 5. Each annotation should be composed of a three to five sentence paragraph.

Part 1 – Article Searches

Perform searches for the following and identify articles from the following categories:

1. Justification and sanctification
2. Sanctification and formation
3. At least one other combination of the previous searches (1 and 2)

Part 2 – Article Summaries

Based on your research, write the annotated bibliography of the six to eight scholarly references for the “Theological Foundations for Character Formation: Paper” assignment in Topic 5. Each annotation should be composed of a three to five sentence paragraph.

Part 3 – Summary of the Research and Evaluation Process

The bibliography will need to contain a summary of the research and evaluation process, along with a detailed summary of each source and why it is relevant to the research paper.

1. Provide an explanatory narrative for the research process used.
2. What research databases were used?
3. What search terms were used, and what terms provided reliable sources?
