2) Considering the recent death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court by President Trump, do you think that the nomination and confirmation process for Supreme Court justices over the past 30 years reflects “politics as usual” or has it become a completely partisan process that only works for the party in power? (The tyranny of the majority?)
