Specifically explain: the breadth of self-disclosure: Specifically what kind of topics about yourself do you disclose and how much variety is there in these topics?
Specifically explain: the depth of your self-disclosure: Which specific topics do you discuss about yourself more deeply?
Are their areas about yourself that you choose NOT to discuss or that you keep more private. (like what topics?)
- Does the amount of self-disclosure with each person satisfy you or do you think that you need to increase or decrease how much you disclose in each of these relationships?
- Are you satisfied with the way in which these individuals reciprocate self-disclosure with you? Explain why or why not.
- What would you change in order to be a more effective communicator with these individuals in terms of what we have discussed in this unit on ion intimacy and self-disclosure? ( self-disclosure, being more open or private, having more empathy for differences intimacy styles, expressing more appreciation, less nagging/ complaining , etc. ,)
