Mandated reporters are professionals who have regular contact with children and are therefore legally required to report suspected child abuse. Therefore every student must complete the Mandate Reporter Training.

Write a one page ESSAY reflection in APA style.
Include one of the prompts below, and how you will apply this information to your future work with children and families.

What did you learn?
Are you familiar with what law requires your as a mandated reporter? Describe.
Could you spot indicators of possible child abuse or neglect? Discuss.
How would you talk to children about suspected abuse?
