The report should include the definition of each role and highlight all the responsibilities, approaches, and duties inherent to each of these administrative positions:
 Executive Director
 Vice President and
 General Director.
The report should include the development of a survey (no more than 10 items) to measure the levels of employee engagement that could influence ethical behavior and the application of corporate policies.
