Write a report on an economic development strategy or tool implemented by a state, county, or local government that fails to conserve valuable and limited resources and/or furthers systemic inequalities.

The focus of your report should be making your case as to why you believe this strategy or tool is wasteful or perpetuates systemic inequalities. You can draw on the respective governmental agency’s/department’s economic development plan, website, development commission or advisory council minutes, program flyers and information, news articles, and any other resource; make sure to properly cite any resources you do use according to American Psychological Association (APA) standards.
