How you understand language and second language acquisition, how you perceive a second language can be best taught, the goals you wish to achieve in working with English Language Learners (ELLs), and how to achieve your goals. Students are encouraged to freely and thoroughly identify and examine their personal philosophies of second language teaching.

Based on the APA format, the organization of your essay should be as follows: Title page, Abstract page (A maximum of 250 words of abstract followed by 5 to 6 keywords), the main body of the essay (no less than two pages), and References.
