Write an essay of about 700-1000 words (about 3 pages) on the following topic below. Refer to the movies we’ve watched thus far in class, using as many specific details as possible concerning the various details of film, rhetorical appeal(s), rhetorical devices, and narrative elements that we’ve discussed in class – dialogue, descriptive language, figurative language, ethos, pathos, logos, etc.
Naturally, you’ll want to observe all the rules of good writing – that is, of grammar, organization, logic, etc.

Topic: Compare and/or contrast how the specific rhetorical techniques or
elements of a narrative support the message or point the film is making. As much
as possible, analyze the films in such a way as to make some general point(s)
about the way(s) in which the film exposes its themes.
