techniques, come up with a set of unique defined functional requirements (minimum 3) and a set of non-functional requirements (minimum 3).

• Write the collected requirements in a form of English form using (Shall statements).
• Prioritize and rank these requirements in terms of their importance to the

customers’ needs.

• Deliver the requirements in the form requirement specifications.

• Find research paper about DevOps practices and use the paper suggested method to create your IT project DevOps plan and strategy.
• To make your strategy works also find suitable DevOps automated tools. List them in tables with a brief description of each tool.

 

Adapt your selected DevOps strategies, methods, and tools suitable for your project process.

• From the suggesting requirements, create the test scenarios that will be used for system test and system integration test.
• Formulate the scenarios in a table with assessment metrics and prioritizing techniques.

Executive Summary

The problem shows in the performance and availability of the hosting service that is provided by the current hosting provider and also lack of features, these problems have effect on the whole Altunbilekler organization. The only way to solve these problems is to define a new hosting provider who will be able to guarantee a power service and able to transfer SAP ERP with the database to their servers.

 

The project Scope

The problems is defined as weak performance and lack of features that is provided from the provider like fully-managed infrastructure, security and performance and other problems that have effects on the organization work and clients.

The objective of this project is to find a new provider who is able to operate the SAP ERP system with a high performance and also provide management features that can improve the organization work with a high reliability.

The functional requirements:

Req. F1: The infrastructure shall work at all-time 24/7.

Req. F2: The infrastructure shall work with SAP ERP.

Req. F3: The host shall monitor and analysis system performance.

Req. F4: The host shall provide fully management controls on running SAP ERP system.

 

The non-functional requirements:

Req. N1: The host shall provide a highly connection speed.

Req. N2: The host shall run the SAP system on powerful hardware server.

Req. N3: The host shall provide a daily report.

Req. N4: The host shall provide a good user interface.
