Topic:Benefits of resistance training in young adult women: A Systematic Review.

The purpose of this is to systematic review all the available studies in response to the effects of resistance training in young adult women (18-30), in order to provide a form of adherence assessment.

For an effective analysis, the main aim of the project is to enhance the awareness on a variety of benefits as well as possible limitations of certain research’s defined on women’s training regime.

Additionally the focal point of the project is to implement the effectiveness of resistance training for young adult women in order to influence their perception in regards to the contents of resistance training
