Employee morale and retention is decreasing within our company. Manpower amongst many other things are limited in deployed location. The presence of HR is more detrimental to operations. They should take a different approach on the assistance they provide to employees and the level of interactions throughout the process. Employee turnover rates seem to be on the rise as HR manning seems to be shrinking.Discuss.
